Two ways to reach us
Calls about sites in Columbus, OH 43215 and the towns around it are handled the same way: you describe the job, and the request goes to an independent local provider. City of Columbus events are filed through the city's special event application, and a park gathering over 100 participants needs a Special Event Permit due 60 days ahead. Dublin, Westerville, Worthington, Gahanna and New Albany run their own permits, so ask which office governs the site before you book.
Have the nearest cross street or landmark ready, such as the Scioto Mile, Ohio Stadium, the Greater Columbus Convention Center or Rickenbacker, along with the start and end times and the expected peak crowd. Say whether the ground is level and whether a service truck can reach the spot, because the access route matters as much as the unit. If you need an accessible unit, say so, since federal event guidance asks for a share of accessible units in each cluster. For a job site, give the crew size and the length of the job. The events guide covers placement in more detail.
